Shipping Destinations

Lady Vibez is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Lady Vibez does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

How long will it take to receive my order?
Lady Vibez works with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.
Our shipping times vary on the specific type of products we sell.
For U.S. products: 2-5 business days
For imported products: 5-10 business days

Do I get a tracking number after I order?
Of course! All orders include tracking numbers. It will be sent automatically to the email you have provided us with.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another email when your order is on it's way!

How can I pay?
We accept a variety of payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Our payment methods are completely encrypted and private.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 15 minutes to cancel your order once it has been placed. All orders are automated once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases, we can. Make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want!
A small reminder; once an order has been processed and packaged it cannot be refunded.

Can I refund or exchange my order?
Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 7 days from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise. We will allow you to choose between receiving a refund (in the form of store credit) or a free return for a new product of the same variety.

Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will be covered by us, when the product is proven to be defective.
