Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you love, choose your size, and click the "ADD TO BAG" button. Once you've finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the page and follow the prompts to complete your order.

We accept a variety of payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. Our payment methods are completely encrypted and private.

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click on the link to monitor the status of your shipment as it makes its way to your doorstep. We have an order tracking feature on our website. You can check it here Track My Order.

At current times our focus is on the United States market. We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time (our operation is based in California). When we're ready to ship to more destinations, we will of course, update our FAQ page and notify you on our social media.

We provide a unique size chart for each product page on our website to help you find the perfect fit. You can also check out our Size Guide.

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at customercare@ladyvibez.com . We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. We strongly recommend before ordering, that you double-check your shopping bag to ensure you've added every item you want in the correct color and size. Thank you for understanding.

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement or refund. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to customercare@ladyvibez.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with the next steps.

Any gift card purchased online at ladyvibez.com is redeemable only on ladyvibez.com. They can be any amount up to $1000 and cannot be purchased at a discount. Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Our gift cards are available to U.S. customers only at this time. Also good to know: our gift cards have no expiration date, service charges, or dormancy fees. They’re non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Apologies if you’ve misplaced or had your gift card stolen—unfortunately we can’t replace it. We also reserve the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of our gift card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.
